About the job
Responsibilities
Concretely, you will be:
- In charge of the administrative and organisational tasks of the office
- The point of contact of our providers
- Responsible for the office's logistics
- Organizing internal events and help the marketing team with external events
- Ensuring the daily life of the office Helping shape a happy, productive and creative work environment
- Welcoming and guiding the visitors, suppliers, candidates, employees...
MUST HAVE
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to learn & evolve quickly
- Autonomy
- Pro activity
- Strong communication and organisational skills Fun and positive attitude

- Work permit in Italy
