As Customer Care Manager, you will represent the long lasting commercial point of contact of all your subscriptions. You ensure customers' satisfaction and make the company grow! You will be in touch with CIO's, CFO's and CEO's of small and large companies, and revolutionise the way their business works!
As Customer Care Manager, you will represent the long lasting commercial point of contact of all your subscriptions. You ensure customers' satisfaction and make the company grow! You will be in touch with CIO's, CFO's and CEO's of small and large companies, and revolutionise the way their business works!
The Customer Care Manager is a key role partnering with our customers and connecting their adoption, expansion and renewal phases. This role is supported by several teams, including the Sales Team and Account Team. You will be part of an empathetic, supportive and multicultural team.

Managing a portfolio of up to a thousand mass-market customers, developing the right balance between automation (low touch) and manual actions (high touch) depending on the context;

Facilitating the successful onboarding of new customers;
Reactive approach: Being the first point of contact to assist and guide your Odoo customers so that they can benefit from the best possible experience throughout their project;
- Supporting our Sales Team by identifying opportunities of development
Working at Odoo
MUST HAVE
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
- Italian work permit
- 1 to 3 years of exp. in IT/Sales

Strong relational, communication and
analytical skills - Solution-oriented approach
- Proactivity and adaptability in order to deal successfully with everyday situations

Strong organizational skills: you will have up to 1000 subs to manage!

- Smart, ability to learn quickly

- Passion for IT
- Additional languages like French or German
