Key responsibilities:
  • Respond in a timely and efficient manner to customer inquiries from Sweden and other Countries by email or telephone.
  • Interact with customers by phone or email to identify needs and the appropriate action or escalate for further review.
  • Provide quotes, assistance during orders, and cope with customer complaints.
  • Resolve customer problems, including shipping issues, and provide suggestions or recommendations about products.
  • Manage any warehouse and logistics-related issues.
  • Work proactively to ensure the supply chain doesn’t cause delays in delivery to the customer.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Native Swedish speaker with a high level of fluency in English. A good command of the Italian language is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Having 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment is a plus but not a strict requirement.
  • Experience in empathically engaging customers and anticipating their needs, both domestically and internationally.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, self-confident, reliable, and capable of planning and following up on outstanding issues.

The job requires the ability to commute to our headquarters located in Florence city center (10 min. walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station).
