About the Role
Stiamo cercando una/o stagista da inserire all'interno del nostro Ufficio Shipping & Customer Accounting.
La risorsa selezionata avrà l'opportunità di acquisire competenze operative nel settore delle spedizioni e della logistica, lavorando a stretto contatto con il nostro team per garantire la corretta gestione delle attività di spedizione e contabilità ciclo attivo.
Principali responsabilità:
- Supporto nella gestione quotidiana delle spedizioni nazionali e internazionali
- Gestione della documentazione relativa alle spedizioni (bolle di accompagnamento, fatture, prove di consegna intra cee e extra cee ecc.)
- Comunicazione con fornitori e clienti per assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle spedizioni
- Verifica e aggiornamento dei dati nel sistema gestionale aziendale
- Risoluzione di eventuali problematiche logistiche
What You Need to Be Successful
- Diploma in ragioneria o titolo equivalente
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team
