Moxy Hotel Linate ricerca una figura di pizzaiolo professionale da inserire nel team per l’avvio di una nuova pizzeria.

Principali Mansioni:

Preparare l'impasto per la pizza
Conoscenza delle materie prime con relativa conoscenza di conservazione e mantenimento e preparazione base
Stendere e farcire le pizze con gli ingredienti previsti dalla ricetta
Gestire la cottura della pizza nel forno elettrico
Sfornare la pizza e prepararla per essere servita o venduta
Curare la pulizia del bancone e la manutenzione del forno e degli utensili di cucina
Coordinarsi con il personale di sala

Contratto: determinato con possibilità di passare a indeterminato
Ore settimanali: 40 ore (Full-Time)
Riposo settimanle: 2 gg
Retribuzione: da concordare in base all'esperienza
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi
Stipendio: RAL a partire da 28.000
