International architecture and innovation practice CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati is seeking a Press Officer to join CRA Think—the unit in charge of advancing the company’s vision while supporting Carlo Ratti’s role as a public intellectual. The candidate will help write long-form English-language materials about design, technology, and cities. The job is an exciting role aimed at applicants of any experience level—recent graduates are welcome.

Main responsibilities
  • Liaise with international journalists and handle press request regarding CRA’s ongoing projects.
  • Write press releases and edit interviews with Carlo Ratti.
  • Research, write, and edit op-eds, journalistic texts, and company communications.
  • The job is based at CRA’s office in Turin, Italy, but hybrid work is also possible.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the Schengen area.

Requirements
  • Mother-tongue level English fluency is mandatory: other languages are welcome.
  • Strong writing and communications skills.
  • Applicants from a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply. We welcome those with knowledge of architecture, design, education, artificial intelligence, climate change, journalism, communications, politics, philosophy, and history.
  • Familiarity with social media and graphic design tools is welcome but not required.
  • No applicant will be an expert in everything — we need people who can learn quickly.
