Main Activities / Responsibilities

• Develop the understanding of Product Costing and Standard
• Costing across Plant Controllers and Senior Management of the business.
• Improve the impact, and the understanding, of financial reporting on business performance.
• Provide analysis and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
• Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiate change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.
• Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams.
• Harmonize and standardize the financial monitoring of the production sites via KPIs and reporting and ensure the coordination of industrial management control.
• Develop, implement and lead the industrial planning process (i.e, Budgeting, Forecasting, NPIs), and performance monitoring, necessary for decision-making for the sites and the Group.

Requierements

• Education: Preferable degree and background in economics or equivalent experience.
• Professional Skills: Excellent controlling & communication skills. Experience as industrial controller or Product Costing controller. Backgrounds in industry, ideally food industry. Ability to work in a growing entrepreneurial and international environment.

• Language Skills: Proficient English.
• Computer Skills: ERP implementation experience is a plus. Exposure or knowledge of Infor M3 appreciated.
• Background: experience in industrial sector, knowledge of EIF and FIFO calculation. Familiarity with manufacturing performance analysis.
• Behavioural requirements: Additional skills around relationship building, negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution, and presentation skills would be a distinct advantage.
