Our Team

The Go-To-Market team is pivotal in our company's success, and we are seeking to enhance it with the addition of a Product Marketing Specialist. The Role

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and innovative Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in defining and executing our product marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience

Create compelling and accurate product content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, battle cards, and sales guides

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

Plan and execute product launches, working closely with Product Management and Sales teams

Analyse product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform technical development team and drive marketing decisions

Lead the development of marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and retention

Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Thinkin and our products

Required Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B Saa S environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management and organisational abilities

Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically

Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to drive decisions

Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software products and technologies
