• Education: A technical and/or business degree is preferred.
• Experience: Solid B2B sales experience and a strong understanding of stainless steel production and processing methods.
• Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills (French, Spanish) are a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and SAP.
• Sales Drive: A proactive, results-oriented personality with a deep technical understanding and a passion for sales.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad as needed.
• Location: Ideally based in Lombardia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna. A valid driver’s license is required.
