SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER
LEASING / BANKING
Posizione:
The ideal Candidate has a Law Degree and is licensed to practice law. Additionally, he / she has at least 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role within the Leasing / Financial / Banking sector. The selected candidate will support the Legal & Collection Office with the following activities:- Management of litigation and pre-litigation in the field of leasing (credit recovery, bankruptcy procedures, passive cases, mediations, restructuring, and remarketing activities).
- Providing legal advice and consultation in civil, financial (corporate business), and bankruptcy law.
- Management of reporting activities.
- Reviewing contractual documentation for clients.
- Handling complaints.
- Managing contracts for clients, suppliers, and commercial channels.
Requisiti:
Requirements:
- Law degree and related license to practice law.
- Previous experience in the Leasing / Financial / Banking sector or in Financial Companies supervised by the Bank of Italy and subject to TUB regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of Office.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
The profile is completed by excellent communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.
