We are recruiting a Social Content Creator for our client, an US Food company and positioned to be the next generation authentic Italian food brand.
Reporting to the CMO, the Social Content Creator will play an essential role in developing and executing engaging content across our social media platforms, building and maintaining social presence, driving engagement, and growing our community.
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation:
Ideate, develop, design, produce, and edit high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms including Instagram and Tik Tok
Create compelling and engaging posts that capture the spirit of Italian life, infusing company’s story and products into that life
Utilize a variety of content formats such as photos, videos, graphic designs, and stories to keep our social media presence dynamic and engaging
Ensure all content reflects our brand values, tone, and style, fostering a strong and consistent brand identity
Craft captions, headlines, copy, and narrate stories that tell a cohesive story and resonate with our target audience and encourage interaction
Trends:
Monitor trending topics and hashtags to leverage in company’s content to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging
Experiment with new content types and social media features to keep our audience engaged and attract new followers
Analyze social media trends to identify opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team and other key stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall content strategy
Engage with local influencers and brand ambassadors to create collaborative content and amplify our brand message
Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for social media campaigns
What you’ll Need:
Located in Italy and willing to travel
1-3 years of social media management experience
A keen eye for design with strong creative and visual storytelling skills
Strong design and video editing skills
Conversational in English language, exhibiting good verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter and juggler of multiple priorities
Enjoys building and engaging with a social community

This role is in full remote and can be open in full-time or part-time.
