We are looking for our Store Design Manager, reporting to Technical Manager in the real-estate department of Carrefour Italy.

• Architect graduate (no registration with a Professional Order required)
• Excellent knowledge of the Autocad program.
• Previous experience in the field of building design (GDO appreciated)
• Excellent capacity to manage projects in complex organization
• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as Google Suite
• Good knowledge of English, French appreciated

• As Store Design Manager, you will be in charge of producing the design and technical plans for stores remodelings and new openings.
• You will work very closely with concept teams, sales, and technical teams: your objective is to combine the requests and constraints of these departments.
• You will have the chance to work on all types of Carrefour assets: hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenient stores as well as warehouses and stores in shopping malls (for Carrefour Property Italy and for Carmila Italy).
• You will manage one designer internally, several external studios, and you will be in charge of the management of your budget.
