MSX is looking for a young and bright graduate in Engineering (or with a Diploma of mechanics) to be assigned to the Authority activities to assist one of our key customers leader in solutions mobility business. We are strongly committed to talent management and development and look with interest at young degree students willing to start a challenging career path that, initiating with entry level jobs, can foster professional growth within our consultancy activities and services applied to the vehicle.
The role:


Our new Technical Authority Specialist will support the network of dealers and workshops of our customers, transferring the correct information in the Authority system, related to the handling of claims.


Tasks contain:

• Authorize the maintenance/repair quotation submitted by the network, according to Authority procedures.
• Verify from a technical and administrative point of view the correspondence of maintenance/repair claims submitted by the network according to Authority procedures.
• Handle all the maintenance/repair claims, verifying the labor timings requested by the network are aligned with the repair/damage and the discounts on spare parts are in accordance with contractual conditions.
• Verify the documents attached are correct and complete, in order to have all the useful elements for the evaluation of claims.

About you:

• Engineering Bachelor or Master degree or Diploma of Mechanics (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.);
• Teamworking;
• Initiative and independence;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Results orientation;
• A flexible and yet structured and logical approach;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, think and plan ahead and build in contingencies;
• Ability to understand complex information and assess requirements;
• High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
• Languages skills: Italian, English is a plus.

• Location: Rome
• Hybrid
• 40 hours per week
