- Location: Cadrezzate, Italy
- Working Hours: Part-time, on-demand, during standard business hours
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Contract: Fixed-term with B2B preferred (self-employed/contractor via UK-based Sharp Brains Limited)
- Languages: Bilingual in English and the local language (Italian, most likely)
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the IT team for solution implementation.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
- Conduct routine IT maintenance.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends.
- Proven experience in IT support or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
