［業務内容］ Responsibilities

• 精製所、バイオ燃料プロジェクトの経験があると非常に好ましい
• 基礎的なフローチャート、プロセスフローチャートおよび配管&計装図、ユーティリティ概要、ユーティリティ分布図の準備
• 工程設計基礎およびプロセス説明を理解する能力
• P&IDを一から準備
• プロセス制御体系、緊急停止原理についての理解
• 熱交換器、空気冷却器などのサーマルサイジングの実施
• ポンプ、セパレータ、熱交換器、空気冷却器、リアクタ、冷却塔、フィルタ、蒸留塔、容器/タンクなどのための機器サイジング計算を実施
• 装置プロセスデータシートの準備
• ポンプ水力計算、レポート、データシート準備
• コントロールバルブ、開口部のサイジングの実施、および装置(コントロールバルブ、オン/オフバルブ、フロー、圧力、温度、レベル、アナライザなど)のプロセスデータシートの準備
• API基準にしたがってリリーフデバイスサイジング、分析、入出力ラインサイジング、レポート、データシート準備
• ライン水力分析 - ラインサイジング、圧力低下計算
• 機器リストおよびラインリスト準備
• エクセルを用いた設計計算の準備

• Utilize Siemens NX to create and modify detailed 3D models and 2D drawings, ensuring designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prototype mechanical components, focusing on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, assembly instructions, and design reports.
• Identify and resolve design-related issues during the development process, providing technical support to ensure project timelines are met.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
