As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Designer who can support our SNS application Yay!. Designers at nanameue, Inc. do more than simply create a UI. The job of the designers at nanameue, Inc. is to create products from the perspective of both the business and user, such as user experience, ease and comfort. Our ideal candidate is able to communicate and work well in an international team environment and be able to support the team. They will be able to bring their creative ideas to the table and work in a diverse environment.

スキル・資格

• Experience as a web & mobile product designer (web/i OS/Android) for 5+ years for a Consumer Product.
• Fluent level in Japanese and Business level English
• Experience in helping other members with growth and help coordinate between team
• Experience in stakeholder management and outlining clear ideas while representing the team and best interest of the product
• Able to verbalize the output of your design and communicate smoothly with development members
• Knowledge or strong interest in web3 & willing to learn
• Ability to perform appropriate prototyping and step-by-step design process based on context

業務内容

• Lead the design efforts for our mobile products and applications, setting the design vision and ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, user-centric designs that meet project objectives and deadlines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into product development cycles, advocating for user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Facilitate and enhance communication with both external partners and internal stakeholders, while adeptly managing expectations, to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, maintaining design systems, guidelines, and documentation as necessary
• Work closely with other stakeholders to communicate design and gather feedback/suggestions
• Rapidly iterate on design concepts and prototypes based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience
• Facilitate in enhancement and developing of internal design process
• Manage several projects at once in dynamic, fast-moving settings
