仕事内容:
We are looking for a smart assistant who is trustworthy and has strong people skills. The assistant needs to have quick understanding and excellent customer service. Must be very friendly and respectful to customers, students, the Manager, co-workers, and Daniel. A intermediate - advanced English level is required. Have knowledge about English education of children and English education in Japan.
Duties:
●Have counseling with parents and provide excellent customer service.
●Filing, answer and make telephone calls in Japanese, entering student information excel.
●Photography and updating social media, primarily Instagram photo posts, reel posts and story posts.
●Assist with Daniel’s lessons. Talk to parents about the progress of their child and if they are having some trouble.
●Basic translating and interpreting: Japanese to English, and, English to Japanese.

It is an Australian style English school in Japan and the instructor is Australian. Assistants have the opportunity to use English with colleagues, managers, and students in the workplace.

Assistants are not required to work on national holidays. There is an extended vacation period each year in Golden week, Christmas and New Year's vacations.
