仕事内容:
We are an e Commerce store that exports Pokémon, One Piece, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh, and other trading cards overseas (cross-border EC) on international EC sites. Our main customers are in North America (60%), Europe, and Australia, but we also sell to other parts of the world, including Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. Current sales are mostly for Pokémon and One Piece. We do not sell domestically, only to overseas markets.
We are planning to relocate to a larger office as soon as possible.
We are considering operating a physical store.
Candidates are expected to have the following skills:
Compulsory knowledge/experience

• Python for backend development with the Django framework. All of our tools are also written in Python.
• REST APIs
• AWS
• Business-level English. All of our engineers are English speakers.

Desirable knowledge/experience

• Type/Java Script for frontend development with the React or Angular framework.
• Information systems/supply-chain management
• Business-level Japanese

We aim to become an IT company similar to a Silicon Valley startup. Those with high IT skills are welcome.

The CEO has experience working in a marketing position at e Bay and holds a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The office atmosphere is very relaxed, with an aroma diffuser and Western music or FM radio constantly playing to promote a stress-free working environment. There is no dress code.
We use the latest Macs, Windows and comfortable office chairs. You can use your own computer too.

勤務時間・曜日:
24 to 40 hours a week between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00p.m., Monday to Friday.

20-40 hours a week from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
