What is your role and surroundings?

What will be your main missions?

• Prepare Monthly Comop Report/Strategy Plan/Budget with the support of BG purchasing controlling manager:
• Coordinate with division controller to collect division report and consolidate into BG report
• Launch Gap analysis between division report vs SAP master data and commodity report vs SAP master data
• Support manager to run division purchasing/commodity performance review
• Coordinate with BG finance to close monthly Comop report on time
• Build up strategic plan and annual purchasing budget with manager support
• Prepare existing big data analysis and develop new analysis to meet business needs:
• DW2 analysis
• Top80 spend analysis
• Multi-division common parts price gap analysis
• Non recommended parts analysis
• Monthly new parts analysis
• Improve global data efficiency, coordinate with IT/PSP department to provide solution:
• Monitor division SAP input to be in line with BG instruction
• (Major focusing items: Taxonomy/Manufacture/MPN/Unit/Payment term/EOL/After market/Mandated)
• Coordinate with IT to improve DW2 data accuracy

What you need to join us?

• Master’s degree in Business with Finance Major
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and autonomy
• Fluent in English
• Strong Excel skills

Who are we looking for?

• First experience in controlling,
• Or significant apprenticeship experience in controlling preferably in industrial environment.
• Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
• Intermediate or Advanced Excel
• Solid accounting knowledge
• Strong teamwork
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English required
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
