Business Controller Purchasing
Department : BC Purchasing (BP12300)
Purpose
Provide timely data and financial guidance to IPS management team and buyer team to take the right decisions which are beneficial for UD.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Play a key role in providing support to IPS team from financial point of view to maximize results.
Take initiatives for improvements in process and way of working to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
Establish new KPI measurement methods if needed and change rules to adapt business needs flexibly.
Have full responsibility for monthly closing activities of IPS with accuracy in addition to analyzing deviations from target and reporting to IPS management team.
Have full responsibility for the data quality, compliance with financial policies. and procedures across all controlling activities related to IPS.
Responsible for documenting all financial process flows in IPS.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Strong leadership, self-motivated and team player
Quick and timely resolution of issues.
Experience in financial field for 5-7 years.
Strong understanding of JGAAP, IFRS, corporate finance, accounting, P&L and balance sheet dynamics.
Able to work and deliver results in a global matrix organization recognizing the importance of networking and a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Business level Japanese and English is mandatory.
