Job Purpose
Client Management Associates are responsible for addressing client inquiries accurately and promptly through phone, chat, and email. Associates apply procedural knowledge and guidelines to client interactions while developing and managing client relationships. General Duties:
  • Handle trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide client support by answering inbound calls and emails regarding accounts, policies, services, and available products.
  • Execute Spot FX, CFD, and Equity trades while providing quotes.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solutions-focused results.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts for potential clients interested in our platform and support existing customers.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Native Japanese speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Previous experience in an international company is a strong plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Approachable, flexible, dependable, and conscientious.
  • Strong computer and typing skills; representatives will typically navigate through 4-5 software systems simultaneously.
  • Keen interest in the investment and financial services sectors.
