Your new role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Country HR Manager to lead our HR team in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local laws and company standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Provide strategic HR support to senior management and other departments.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and regulations.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
What you'll get in return
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Japanese & Business Engilsh
