仕事内容:
1. Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the delivery of the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project.
· Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
· Communicate with business partners & IT leaders on an ongoing basis to review project requests, assess scope, facilitate prioritization, provide status updates, and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and deliverables.
· Anticipate and identify issues that may affect the support or performance of a system and initiate corrective actions.
· Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.
· Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
2. Job Qualification:

• Bachelor of Information Technology/equivalent and at least ~5 years of experience in IT software (BA, Br SE, Consultant, Account Manager, …).
• Experience in Delivery Manager position or equivalent position at software companies, priority given to those who have worked in reputable units in the industry such as Fsoft, Rikkei, …
• Experience in pre-sales, experience working directly with customers.
• Native in Vietnamese and Fluent in Japanese, ability to use other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to lead a team, have a development orientation or have similar experience
• Leadership skills, “không ngại lăn lộn”, flexible and strong business mindset.
• Living in Tokyo is an advantage - optional
• Location: Anywhere in Japan. If the applicant is not Vietnamese/Japanese, the requirement is to be able to use both Japanese and Vietnamese well.

3. Benifits:

• Salary: 700 – 1200 man JPY/ year/ nego + profit share
