Microsoft 365 is the strategic collaboration and productivity platform of choice for Nomura. As an evergreen product’s platform delivery never stops, there will always be features and updates which need to be deployed. We need to ensure that we have a continuous delivery structure to support this.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M365 Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery of services meets the agreed-upon standards and expectations. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery process in a collaboration with various stakeholders including outside of IT (e.g. Business, Compliance, Legal teams), and ensuring that the services provided align with the requirements. The role also includes adoption and change management helping the Nomura business consume new products and services. The Service Delivery Manager requires a strong understanding of M365 product capabilities, project management and communication skills to play a vital role in facilitating communication with various stakeholders.

・Service Delivery Leadership
Leading the M365 product end-to-end delivery and ensure that the delivered service meets business requirements.
Playing a vital role in facilitating communication with various stakeholders and addressing the problems, risks, concerns proactively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with various IT and business stakeholders to collaboratively deliver M365 product services.
・Adoption and Change Management
Actively engaging with business change champions to build support and drive awareness of new M365 product services, ensuring successful adoption.
Overseeing company-wide communications about new M365 products, services and processes, arranging product training, and providing support and coaching.
Continuously gather feedback from users to understand their experiences and challenges with the new M365 product services and develop relevant improvement plans.
