Duties:

• Providing English conversation lessons for high school students and adults/post-graduates who plan to study or work abroad in the future;
• Our diverse curriculum is created according to the various types of study abroad plans, included but not limited to: simulated interview practice for working holidays or overseas internships, smooth conversation practice with English native speakers, and presentation practice for enrolment at a college or university overseas.

Our unique English lesson program combines online & in-person lessons (one-on-one/group) and digital content (video training programs/learning apps) to prepare each student before they leave Japan and start their personal journey that will become a significant change in life and future career.

Required skills/experiences:

• Must currently reside in Japan
• English teaching experience (at least 1 year)
• References (at least 2)
• General PC skills (PPT/Excel/Word)
• English proficiency (one of the following):

TOEIC score 850 or above /Eiken Level 1 or above /TOFLEIBT score 90 or above /IELTS 8.5 /Cambridge Exam /Overseas university degree
Preferred qualities:
・Certifications (TESOL/TEFL )
* Japanese language is welcome but not mandatory.
・Experience of studying abroad or working holiday program for over 6 months
・ Basic computer & class operation skills using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, etc.

勤務時間・曜日:

• Complete a five-day work system (fixed days off, negotiable for preferred days off during the week)
• Shift Breakdown:

Monday-Friday: 10:00-19:00 or 13:00-22:00 (1-hour break included),
Saturday ＆ Sunday: 10:00-19:00 (1-hour break included)
休暇・休日:

Days off increase with the number of years of employment as shown below:
1st year: 130 days/year in total&r Arr; special paid vacations(11 days) + regular paid vacations (10 days) + fixed days off a week per year and New Year holidays.
2nd year: 134 days/year in total&r Arr; special paid vacations(14 days) + regular paid vacations (11 days) + fixed days off a week per year and New Year holidays.

給与:
固定残業代あり：月給 ￥250,000 〜 ￥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥25,770〜￥36,060（15時間相当分）を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
