We are now seeking a Project Manager for the internatioal event in 2025.
The Project Manager leads all aspects of project specific operations. Successfully execute Expo Osaka 2025 project and meet the company goals.

[Essential Functions]:

1. COMPANY VISION: Understand and communicates the company’s vision and operational objectives. Continually develop strategies to expand market share of the company. Follow all company policies and procedures.

2. LEADERSHIP: Demonstrate active operational leadership. Identify opportunities, generate leads, execute the project showing strong leadership.

3. KEY PERSONALITY TRAITS: As the Project Manager, you will be exposed to confidential information. Confidentiality and Integrity are vital traits to be successful in this position. Sales ability, Multitasking and Follow through skills are key to achieve success in this position. RELATIONSHIPS: Strive to foster relationships with all clients, and work to enhance and communicate trust. Create strong network and actively engages clients.

4. COMMUNICATION: Must have excellent communication skills that include reading, writing, and speaking as this role requires a high level of interaction with staff. Actively communicate with clients and SLT as required to maintain optimum compliance within operations.

5. PROJECT RELATED DUTIES: In charge of the Expo project including:

a. Business development stage. (Lead generation, RFP and bidding process, sales activities, proposal generation, presentation etc.)

b. During Expo 2025 acts as an Operations Manager to Expo related businesses. (Pre-opening, soft-opening process, operations, hiring, day-to-day operations management, client reporting etc.)

c. Manages shut down process, invoicing, demolition work, recycling equipment etc.

6. ONSITE MANAGEMENT: You will be relocated to Osaka from February 2025 to manage the process on site.

7. CERTIFICATIONS: You will be the key focal point for all activities within the scope of Hokenjo certifications. This includes but is not limited to submitting paperwork to health office, preparing, and conducting health office inspections for each site.
