Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive project milestones, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Program Management
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive project milestones, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects or programs.

Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.

Track program performance and progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status.

Handle team performance management, goal setting, and ensure resource allocation aligns with program needs.

Drive continuous improvement within the program management process.

Ability to fluently speak Japanese and English

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (4+ years) as a Program Manager in large-scale, multi-team projects.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certifications are a plus.

Working knowledge in the telecom industry preferred

Experience working on outcome-based engagements
