We are one of the largest Pain Management + Orthopedic Spine groups in New Jersey with additional locations in New York.
FRONT DESK SUPPORT POSITION
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments for multiple providers/locations
• Chart prep
• Obtaining and maintaining patient information, ensuring accuracy of the patient file
• Check patients in and out of the EMR system.
• Answering and making phone calls as needed
• Collecting and posting patient payments.
• Maintain Spreadsheets designed for patient scheduling and follow up as well as for documentation
• Insurance verification
• Data entry/Faxing/Scanning
• Accurately documenting patient accounts of all actions & communication
• Interact professionally with other employees, management, Physicians and patients at all times
• Work independently while communicating and coordinating with other employees and management
• Demonstrates teamwork
• Inform management of any concerns, patient complaints, provider or scheduling issues in a timely manner
• Inform staff, Physicians and the billing team of any insurance changes, terminations or concerns
• Additional front desk duties as needed

*THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION; MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WHICH REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS IF NEEDED
