仕事内容:
This position is open for a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, and the desire to create a dynamic and interactive classroom experience for students.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with assistant teachers to create a safe and inviting classroom environment
• Create and adapt educational content to improve language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Evaluate students' progress through formal and informal assessments.

Provide feedback to parents on areas of improvement and achievements. Work with other teachers and staff to create cohesive and comprehensive learning experiences. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the school community.

What we're looking for:

• English: Fluent
• Japanese: None required
• Must currently reside in Japan
• Experience in childcare or teaching is preferred but applications from those without experience are welcome too. In that case, you need to be adaptable and enthusiastic to learn!
• Current visa required (sponsorship may be avaible in future)
