Five Guys is searching for a passionate Restaurant Manager (GM) to lead our Watchung location. As a GM, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a positive team environment, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Satisfaction: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant to ensure consistent high-quality food, service, and cleanliness.

• Operations Management: Maintain the highest standards for store operations, upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
• Reliable transportation required
• US residency mandatory
