Join our dynamic team at Five Guys in American Dream and help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our restaurant leadership and ensuring a smooth operation.
What You'll Do:

• Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in running the restaurant efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations and manage all aspects of your assigned shift.
• Lead and motivate a team across all areas, including cashiering, prep, grill, fries, and opening/closing duties.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Must possess a valid Serv Safe certification

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience (leadership preferred).
• Servsafe certified required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently.
• Flexible schedule with nights/weekends.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
