An experienced Handyman to join our luxury residential building in Financial District.
What you would do:
· Promptly address and complete resident service requests while maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring that all property systems are in good working order.
· Conduct daily inspections, monitoring, and maintenance of all building systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, telecommunications, and fire safety.
· Prepare vacant units to meet established standards within the designated timeframe.
· Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building grounds and amenities, including pools, BBQ grills, and other shared spaces.
· Identify potential issues within the building's physical infrastructure and implement proactive, cost-effective solutions to prevent future problems.
· Work with the Resident Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance procedures for the ongoing upkeep of the property.
What Technical Qualifications we consider:
· 2+ years of Maintenance/Handyman experience
· Luxury Rental/Condominium experience preferred
· HVAC experience: repairs, cleaning, replacement
· Plumbing: Diagnosis, repairs, installation
· Electrical/Appliance: Lighting, wiring, power circuits, repairs
· Painting: Drywall/Plaster repairs, painting
