As HR Manager Japan, you will work directly with the leaders of the Japan business and the HRBP, APAC to design, develop and deliver the Human Resource strategy & initiatives. This role also delivers HR operation services such as payroll, staffing, on boarding/exits, compensation and benefits administration, training and organizational communication.
This role will act as a trusted advisor to the management team and country head providing advice, guidance and positive challenge to create the right culture for Cooper Surgical’s continued growth. The HR manager will contribute to the development of the leadership team and the Japan business
