YOUR ROLE

• Work with GBS+ and China PA&Payroll Team to provide all-round local Japan HR operational and administrative support, including but not limited to Employee Onboarding management, Employee Personal Change follow-up, Benefits Delivery, T&A coordinations, local government/authority's inquiry answers, Temp Managment and payment process
• To drive Japan HR process simplification and standardization in execution level of Daily HR Operations and monitor all HR operations in compliance with local law/regulation and Henkel Standards requirement.
• To interface with employees, to identify issue, propose HR solution and resolve the issue by interpreting HR policies and procedure.
• Participate, Support and implement in HR Project and HR Event

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• English and Japanese skills
• Experience with SAP, Excel and PPT
• Multinational environment experience preferred but not mandatory
