役割の目的

• プラットフォームとなる基盤とアプリケーションを管理するための運用フレームワークを構築する。
• 可用性を監視しシステムの状態を全体的に把握して本番環境を運用し、チームの主要なメトリックを作成するとともにトラッキングして、効率を高めるための戦略を策定する。
• 当社の一連のビジネスアプリケーションシステムの信頼性、品質、市場投入までの時間を向上させます。
• 提供するビジネスアプリケーションの当社の信頼性、品質、および市場投入までの時間を短期にし、お客様のニーズを先取りし、継続的に改善するためのイノベーションを目指します。
• お客様向け直接向き合うシステムを含む、大規模な分散アプリケーションシステムに対し、運用サポートとエンジニアリングを提供します。
• ビジネス部門、情報サービス内の他のチーム、また外部のチームと協力して、アプリケーション システムの構成から受け入れ、運用チームへの引継ぎを行います。
• コスト削減、効率向上につながる革新的なアイデア及びソリューションを提供します。
• システム障害時には運用サポートエンジニアとして、速やかな報告、システム問題個所の切り分け、ワークアラウンドの提供が求められます。
• Projectの早期から参加し、システム運用の観点から必要な情報を提供及び収集し、OAT、リグレッションテスト、パフォーマンステストの計画と実施、システムリリース、リリース後のL2サポートへの運用引継ぎを的確にこなすことが求められます。

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) Meetings: Attend domestic and regional CAB meetings to obtain approval for changes related to application services.
• Release Management: Responsible for executing and managing releases (both regular and emergency releases) of applications in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain operational documentation, such as application service runbooks and system manuals.
• Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Collect and analyze metrics from monitoring tools (APM, job schedulers, etc.) to detect performance issues and identify potential problems.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to improve services through stringent operational acceptance tests and release procedures.
• Operational Design Support: Assist in system design from an operational perspective, supporting service management, event management, technology updates, and capacity planning.
• Automation & Optimization: Build sustainable systems and services by automating and optimizing operations.
• Balancing Speed and Service-Level Goals: Ensure balance between the speed of requirement development and the achievement of clearly defined service-level objectives.
• Managed Service Provider (MSP) Management: Oversee and manage relationships with managed service providers (MSPs).

必要スキル

• 同様の領域における3年以上の経験を有する。
• 次に対して理解を有すること : データベース、Web アプリケーション、Web サービス、マイクロ サービス/API、メッセージング (MQ)、ESB、BPM、イメージ・ワークフロー、EDL (Data Lake)、コンテンツ管理、日本技術 (全銀ファイル転送、HULFT転送 など)。
• 次の領域で いずれかの経験を有すること: ジョブスケジューリング (CA A-AUTO、 CA WLA、 日立 JP1 AJS等)、 APM (New Relic、App Dynamics、Dynatrace等)、 SQL クエリとスクリプト作成、Shellスクリプト、 Power Shellスクリプト、 マイクロソフトのBAT スクリプト。
• Azure、AWS、GCP などのクラウド テクノロジー、および Kubernetes、Mesos などのリソース管理フレームワークの経験を有する。
• 問題、改善の領域、パフォーマンスのボトルネックを特定するためのプロアクティブなアプローチを有する。
• 金融サービス、特に保険業界の知識。
• Windows/Linux上に構築されたシステムの開発・運用経験
• Microsoft Azure上に構築されたシステムの開発・運用経験
• システム監視の設計・運用経験
• コミュニケーション／ファシリテーションスキル
• 要件・課題把握とタスク化／進捗管理スキル
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーションスキル

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in managing operations for distributed applications and systems.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with databases, web applications, web services, microservices/APIs, messaging (MQ), ESB, BPM, image workflows, EDL (Data Lake), content management, and Japanese technologies (e.g., Zengin file transfer, HULFT transfer).
  • Experience with job scheduling (CA A-AUTO, CA WLA, Hitachi JP1 AJS, etc.), APM tools (New Relic, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, etc.), SQL queries, scripting (Shell, Power Shell, BAT scripts).
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Mesos).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, system issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry, especially the insurance sector.
• System Development & Operations Experience: Experience developing and operating systems on Windows/Linux platforms, as well as systems built on Microsoft Azure.
• System Monitoring Experience: Experience designing and operating system monitoring frameworks.
• Communication & Facilitation Skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Requirements & Task Management: Ability to understand requirements, break them down into tasks, and manage progress effectively.
• Bilingual Communication: Proficiency in both Japanese and English, especially in technical communication.
