Tokyo Wholesale Operations Technology group is part of global team that provides technology solutions to middle and back-office processing of securites and derivatives products for the firm. Its functional domain includes trade processing, settlement and payments, regulatory reporting and external connectivity to Swift and other market infrastructure.

The firm is currently undergoing a major IT Transformation initiative, transforming developer experience and productivity to next level by adoption of Cloud platform and SDLC toolsets.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join us as a Java Developer, who can advance our transformation journey while also driving and contributing to various projects that deliver technology solutions to support business growth and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
・Engage in the entire project life cycle, including technical analysis, design, data analysis and mapping, development, and testing.
・Offer third-level support to the Production Support team to ensure effective and timely assistance for the production environment.
・Consistently improve existing applications and tools through strategic re-engineering initiatives, resulting in enhanced performance and user satisfaction.
