International Insurance company looking for Legal & Compliance Officer up to 15M!

This International Insurance company is the world leader in specific insurance and recognised for specialising in the areas of surety, collection, and political risk. The company aims to help businesses anticipate risk and make sound decisions to grow successfully. To capitalize on the company’s continued success in Japan, they are looking to hire a standalone Legal Compliance Officer in Japan.
仕事内容
You’ll effectively work independently on day-to-day counsel on the continued Japan success and operations, advise on a variety of legal and regulatory matters on various legal, ethics and compliance, and business functions. Ensuring better legal control and predictability for the company on a local scale. Additionally, leading the company’s internal Compliance and Ethics programs, promoting, and sending a strong message across the company. As a part of the APAC Legal team, you’d be involved in close collaboration with regional collaborations as well.
対象となる方
Previous experience in a similar role within legal & compliance will lead to your success, as well as:
- 8+ years of legal/ compliance experience
- Insurance, Finance, Consulting, Tax industry experience is a plus.
- Business Japanese and English
- Independent contributor experience
