【英語を活かす】シニアリーガルカウンセル/ Senior Legal Counsel
【仕事内容】
A global automotive solutions company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel - Compliance.
Responsibilities:

• Implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring global alignment and risk mitigation in Japan and Korea
• Create and lead compliance training programs for employees, both online and in-person
• Investigate compliance concerns raised in Japan and Korea, managing external counsel
• Support business-led compliance initiatives and liaise between business units and corporate compliance
• Assist internal audit by defining controls, reviewing metrics, and ensuring adherence to audit plans
• Provide legal support to Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing teams, developing contract terms with manufacturers and suppliers

Requirements:

• Bar admission in Japan or any common law jurisdiction
• 7-15 years of experience in a reputable law firm or multinational corporation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven ethical leadership and integrity
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
