Job Description:
We are currently offering a contract-based partnership with revenue entirely commission-based. The primary responsibilities include onboarding sellers, assisting with acquiring project companies, and supporting general business operations until the launch of our B2B platform in the Japan market.
After the successful launch of the application, partners who demonstrate excellent performance will be offered a full-time, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities:
This partnership contract is valid from 30th November to 31st December, with the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment post-launch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding sellers for our platform in Japan.
- Managing communication with clients and sellers electronically.
- Following up on leads and resolving issues escalated by junior teams.
- Collaborating with the team to meet collective goals for regional growth and success.
- Supporting project company acquisitions to strengthen our local presence.
- Understanding and handling general concepts of shipping, third-party logistics (3PL), and international shipping.
- Commission-based earnings against pre-launch sales advertisements in the Japan market.
- Remote work flexibility.
- The opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role once the B2B platform is fully launched and operational.
- Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of shipping, 3PL, and international shipping.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with the Japanese market and B2B business processes.
- Commission-based on pre-launch ad sales.
- Note: This role is currently commission-based until the B2B platform launch, after which a full-time position with a salary will be offered.
