Team Lab Planets TOKYO has been recognized as the leading Asian tourist attraction in the "Asia's Leading Tourist Attraction 2023" category of the "World Travel Awards", which is regarded as the Academy Awards of the travel industry, among many famous world heritage sites such as Angkor Wat, Taj Mahal and Great Wall of China. This is the first in Japan to be recognized as one of Asia's leading tourist attractions! PLANETS Co., Ltd, is the company operating ”team Lab Planets” in Toyosu, Tokyo, a museum where you walk through water, and a garden where you become one with the flowers. There are four massive exhibition spaces and two gardens. We are currently hiring English speaking operation staff.
Over half of our visitors are coming from abroad, so we really need your help! We seek to hire operating teams of 25 - 40 English speaking members in this time.
The concept of ”team Lab Planets” is Body Immersive. Visitors enjoy an awe-inspiring tactile experience through immersion into several huge art installations.
You would be working in the artwork spaces, meaning that your work is continually fresh and exciting, and that you too can enjoy the immersive experience alongside our guests.
This museum exhibits the works of the world-famous Team Lab.
Since the facility is built to exhibit the works of Team Lab, large-scale artworks are on display.
In order for visitors to immerse themselves in the artworks and enjoy the art with their whole bodies, no shoes are allowed inside the museum, and all visitors are asked to walk barefoot.
All luggage must be placed in lockers, and only cameras and smartphones are allowed to be carried.
Every detail, from flooring material and lighting to water temperature and smell, has been carefully considered to create an immersive experience.
There are 11 works of various sizes, including those located both inside and outside the facility.
The pathways in the museum are dark, and visitors follow a route by relying on the light under their feet.
After passing through the dark and narrow corridors, visitors will be impressed by the countless flowers and lights.

Your main job responsibilities are assistance in customer service and back-end operations. Currently, 70-80% of our visitors come from overseas. While many do not speak Japanese, we ask you to provide assistance in English and Japanese.
Your primary responsibilities will include how to enjoy the artworks and precautions at the entrance of the artworks, and respond to visitors who need assistance.
Outside the facility, you will be in charge of providing information about tickets and admission to visitors. However, please note that the official language during work is Japanese.
Therefore it is essential to have a conversational Japanese skills.
In the back-end operations, you will be responsible for restocking, managing, and transport equipment. As we sometimes handle delicate machinery, attention to detail and careful work are essential. Since many customers visit our facility every day, we ask that you clean the facility to keep it clean.This is an important task in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Additionally, a hospitality mindset, similar to that of a hotel, is highly valued.
You will need to quickly understand what the customers needs and make the most of it in your work!
Please note, there are some rules regarding personal appearance.
Beards, visible tattoos, and flashy nails are prohibited.
・Business-level English
・Conversational-level Japanese
・Valid Work Visa, each Visa with Permission for non-qualification activities

・Shift schedule: from at least 3 days / week, 6 hours or more per day depending on your availability in the range below:

・¥1,200〜 1,600 / hour
Monthly Salary approximately will be：
Full-time (*Employment status is part-time)
5 days a week × 9 hours (with 1-hour break) = ¥192,000 ～ 256,000
Part-time
3 days a week × 6 hours (no break) = ¥86,400 ～ 115,200
＊After being promoted to a leader, there is a raise in pay. At this time, over 20 staff are already working as leaders too.
・Transportation costs (up to ¥30,000 / month, or up to ¥2,000 / day)
＊Between home and team Lab Planets TOKYO
・Social insurance (Employment Insurance, Compensation Insurance, Employees' Pension, Health Insurance)
・Additional compensation if you work overtime and late-nights

世界的に有名なチームラボの作品を展示している美術館です。
作品展示の為に施設を建設している為、大規模な作品が展示されています。
コンセプトの通り、お客様には身体ごと作品に没入していただき、全身でアートを味わっていただくため、館内は土足厳禁、すべて裸足で歩いていただきます。
お手荷物もすべてロッカーへ入れていただき、手に持っているのはカメラやスマートフォンのみ。
床の材質や照明、水温、匂いに至るまで細部に拘り、圧倒的没入感を体感していただきます。
作品は施設敷地内、屋外にあるものを合わせて大小11作品。
館内通路は暗く、足元の明かりを頼りに順路を進みます。
暗く狭い通路を抜けた先には、無数の花や光の感動が待っています。

作品入口で作品の楽しみ方や注意事項のご説明、お手伝いが必要なお客様の対応もお願いします。
施設の外では来場されたお客様へチケットやご入場に関するご案内を担当していただきます。
業務中の公用語が日本語のため、日常会話レベルの日本語力が必須となります。
バックヤードでは備品の補充、管理や運搬をお願いします。
精密機械を取り扱うこともありますので、丁寧にお仕事できる方が向いています。
毎日沢山のお客様がご来場いただくため、施設を清潔に保つための清掃もお願いいたします。
お客様に施設を最大限ご満足いただくため、重要な業務となります。
また、ホテルのようなホスピタリティが求められます。
