外資系小売り職務内容
- Liaison with global team, terminals and sales partners to process delivery data accurately and in timely manner. Periodically report delivery data to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with NZ team on rectifying systems issues, documentation, shipping issues and master data.
- Process 3PL invoices in accurate and timely manner. Including PO creation and maintenance.
- Ensure receipt and reconciliation of shipments data in SAP is performed accurately.
- Reconcile stock / inventory for terminal stocks and vessel contents.
- Update terminal loss forecasting tracking template files for both Gold and Green varieties using daily reports from terminals.
- Liaise with sales team and other Ops teams members to create shipping information mailout every Thursday.
- Work with East Japan Operations supervisor to create supplier accountability and targeting files and share with 3PL operators on a timely basis before arrival of shipments.
理想の人材
- Undergraduate degree in any stream
- Competency in English language (TOEIC 700 and above preferred)
