Part-time Accountant /Bookkeeper for Early Childhood Child Care Program
Job Description:

• Maintain accurate financial data, including accurate monthly financial statements.
• Giving weekly financial reports (verbal) to Head of School
• Preparing written monthly financial statements
• Prepare monthly accounting reports

· Responsible for accuracy and integrity of accounting records
· Liaise with various stakeholders, funding organizations.
· Creating and maintaining an appropriate internal control manual that is up to date and in line with best practice
· Working with accountants submitting required reports

• Assist in required audit/compliance matters as needed.

· Any other duties that are needed attention
· Computer literate, with an emphasis on accounting systems
Experience working in Child Care program and the budget
Qualification:
Minimum associate degree in Accounting
Use Excel spreadsheet
Knowledge on Accounting system
Experience working in school budget
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
