Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies that align with Integral AI’s mission and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and desiging, to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends, translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support managers in defining product roadmaps, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Contribute to the documentation of product features, processes, and workflows.

求める人材:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for AI technology and a desire to contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.

勤務時間・曜日:

• 20 ~ 40 hours / week, flexible schedule

勤務地:

• Remote work can be a acceptable with the approval by management.

給与:

• $33 ~ $37.5 / hour
• Compensations are paid in U.S. dollars, so the amount received in Japanese yen may vary depending on the exchange rate.
