Why we are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer
We are building some brand new apps that require a strong frontend engineer with experience architecting, testing, and developing highly optimized, stable, and beautiful responsive web apps.
Responsibilities

• Develop frontend applications using modern frontend technologies like Typescript, React JS, Next.js, etc.
• Convert user stories and mockups into working software that delights users.
• Properly test and prepare new releases by writing automated tests, doing code reviews, and helping introduce new processes that help maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Help evaluate and clarify product requirements and provide technical solutions that meet customers' needs.
• Monitor and respond quickly to failures to ensure stable operation of services. (*We pride ourselves in releasing high-quality bug-free code. Production incidents are extremely rare and the majority are handled during core work hours.)

求める人材:
Must-have Skills:

• 5-10 years of professional web development experience (HTML, CSS, and Typescript/ES6)
• 4 years of industry experience with React
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Rx JS
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Business-level English proficiency
• Conversational Japanese level (~N3)
• Awareness of software engineering best practices
• Knowledge of Figma and how to collaborate with designers.

勤務時間・曜日:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 actual working hours, 1-hour break)

• Working hours can be adjusted based on personal needs (e.g., family pick-up or long-distance commute)
• Remote work: Full remote work is available.

Holidays: 120 annual holidays

• Full two-day weekends, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (4 days)
