Hashi Media is a social media and digital marketing agency based in Tokyo, Japan. We are one of the fastest growing agencies in Tokyo and are looking for project managers to join our team! (remote of course!)
At Hashi Media we primarily focus on 3 key areas: Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing & PR Management. You will be working with some of the biggest video game, consumer technology and lifestyle companies in the world. Companies such as HP, AMD, Square Enix, RIOT and more utilize our services to achieve greater brand awareness in Japan.

• Experience managing creative teams (2-5 people minimum)
• Analytics and data analysis skills
• Experience managing brands on social media
• Understanding of the Japanese market and consumer patterns
• Strong background in client management
• Knowledge of best practices for each social media platform
• Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and metrics
• Experience with project management software such as Asana or Basecamp
• Fluent Japanese
• Conversational level English

業務内容

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for interfacing with clients and delegating operations to your team. Your strengths lie in strategy and planning by taking large and abstract goals and converting those in actionable steps for your team to execute and deliver. You are the accountable party for all account actions and results.
Client Interfacing: Discussing upcoming product releases, previous campaign results, social media data, and being proactive on client needs.
Strategy & Planning: Conceptualizing campaigns and activities that align with the goals of the clients, creating optimization plans based on social media data and content performance, planning and projecting workloads across your accounts.
Project Management: Getting various account initiatives up and running, creating and delegating tasks based on the scope of work for the accounts and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. You will be responsible for keeping your project management tools updated at all times and documenting information for team visibility.
Attention to detail and ability to read between the lines: You will be working with clients who manage multiple regions and agencies for their global brand. It is very common for things to slip through the cracks or even be forgotten to be mentioned at all. You must have a high attention to detail and an ability to read between the lines and connect the dots in those type of events.
Organization and clarity in communication is absolutely vital in this role. You will not be personally responsible for creating every single deliverable but you will be accountable. You must be able to communicate expectations and deadlines to your team to ensure that those deliverables are made on time.
