Project Intern
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Team Introduction
At Tik Tok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the Tik Tok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update pipelines
2. Translate documents between English and Japanese
3. Take meeting minutes
4. Analyze data and trending creatives related to Tik Tok advertising
5. Support client proposals by gathering data and coordinating with assistants
6. Troubleshoot account issues and handle ad reviews

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
1. Able to work at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 6 months
2. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
3. Aspires to work in a sales-related role in the future
4. Values teamwork not only within their own team but also with other departments and regions
5. Possesses a proactive and ambitious mindset, eager to take on new challenges
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Fluent in Japanese
8. Business-level English proficiency
9. Able to work with Excel for data aggregation and create presentations using Power Point
10. A Tik Tok user with a solid understanding of its features

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in managing ads on similar platforms
2. Experience in leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
3. Experience in passionately committing to and completing a project
4. Experience posting videos as a Tik Tok creator
5. Ability to speak knowledgeably about trends among university students and people in their teens to twenties
