About the team
Talent Acquisition Center - Global was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & delivery across the world for different business units at Byte Dance sustainably. Our mission is to boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development.

Responsibilities
1. Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies;
2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines;
3. Use your established networks to discover and attract experienced, diverse and ambitious talent to join our team;
4. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit with the environment;
5. Lead key initiatives and projects that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results;
6. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer whcih includes evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent management;
2. Strong communication and organizational skills;
3. Business level proficiency in Japanese and English;
4. Good data management and manipulation skills;
5. Ability to implement various hiring matrices to increase efficiency and to communicate with stakeholders using data driven reports;
6. Experience in negotiating complex compensation packages and closing candidates.

1. Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruitment processes;
2. Passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates, whether offered or not;
3. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself;
4. Optimistic and collaborative - we're building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this journey.
