With nearly a century of experience, our client serves a vast array of commercial, institutional, and retail clients from numerous offices worldwide.
Our client is currently hiring qualified individuals for the Senior Compliance Analyst role in their Japan office.
Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Compliance – Japan to meet regulatory requirements and maintain licenses.
• Manage compliance in key areas: regulatory, advisory, monitoring, and anti-financial crime.
• Update Compliance Risk Assessments to manage regulatory risks.
• Help document policies to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
• Assist in preparing and implementing the Annual Compliance Plan and Monitoring Program.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies (FSA and JSDA) and handle audits.
• Stay updated on relevant laws related to securities, CFDs, OTC derivatives, and forex transactions.

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualifications in a relevant field.
• Experience in a Compliance role for an FSA and/or JSDA regulated entity.
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Team player with strong contribution skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable using PC-based enterprise applications.
• Friendly and humble demeanor for engaging with stakeholders.
• Decisive decision-making with a sense of responsibility and accountability.
