A Day in the Life

米国本社含めた国内外のステークホルダーと密に連携し、CRMビジネスのマーケティング戦略を策定、遂行していただきます。主に下記項目を担当します。

• マーケティング戦略策定、アクションプランの立案・実行・効果測定
  
• 新製品ローンチ準備
  
• 製品の安全使用にかかるリスクマネジメント
  
• クリニカルデータ、文献（英語文献含む）等含めた各種ツールの作成、活用促進
  
• タイムリーな競合情報収集と対策ツールの作成と展開
  
• 戦略に基づいた学会・イベント・セミナー等の企画・マネジメント
  
• Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Dr との関係強化
  

Must Haves


Knowledge/Education 学士以上


Job Experience
• 医療機器・医薬品業界におけるマーケティングまたは営業経験3年以上
• 循環器関連の知識・経験


Competencies/Language Skills
社内/外のステークホルダーに対して高いコミュニケーション能力/交渉力/プレゼンテーションスキルをお持ちの方
マルチタスクでの業務遂行ができる方
プロアクティブに課題解決を提案し、実行までできる方

• ファクトベースでデータを分析できる方 (Forecast / 売上分析 / アクション効果測定 等)
  
• チームワークを大切にする方
  
• 読み書き、会話ともにビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方 (目安：TOEIC 750以上相当、海外の社員および医師とのコミュニケーションが可能であること)
