スキル・資格
- 5+ years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of Service Now ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Knowledge of web based development languages; specifically Java Script, Ajax, HTML, CSS
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Understand full application lifecycle
- ITIL/Service Now certified, Service Now CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM
- Past work experience of Service Now Implementation of ITSM, ITOM.
・Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools
・Knowledge on other Service Now tools like ITAM, Application portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, CSM etc.
- Bilingual is preferred
業務内容
[Department Introduction]Department is in charge of providing ITService Management Process and tools solutions for ITO and AMO Services ; Main offerings are, Process implementation, ITSM Tools (Servicenow,Summit AI,BMC..) ITAM Tools (Snow,Flexera), Monitoring (Solarwinds, newrelic, datadog etc.), Service integration & Automation etc
Total department size is 80 (Japan and India)

The IT Service Management (ITSM) team is a highly skilled and diverse group of professionals dedicated to providing Unified Service Delivery Management services based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices. Our department operates on a hybrid model, leveraging the expertise across Japan and India. Working for this team offers the opportunity to be part of a diverse and skilled group , apply ITIL best practices & Servicenow capabilities, and collaborate across multiple locations. It provides a dynamic, customer centric environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement, professional development, and impactful IT service management.
It not only provides valuable ITSM and ITIL experience but also offers exposure to customer-facing roles and consulting opportunities. Candidates can develop strong communication and relationship-building skills, crucial for client interactions. This experience opens doors to careers in customer service, account management, and IT consulting, where they can leverage their ITSM expertise to provide strategic guidance and solutions to clients, further advancing their careers in the IT and consulting domains.
- Good understanding in Service Now Development - Should be able to convey the Capabilities of Service Now, & call out feature feasibility for architecture, Design discussions etc
- Should have hands on experience in Core ITSM modules, ITOM modules like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Cloud Management, Operation Intelligence, Good to have : CSM/Secops.
- Should have good understanding of REST API and web services.
- Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the Service Now tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the Service Now platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
- Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Consults with Process and Business Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
- Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
- Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
- Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Bonus: Yes (no for contract employees)
- Salary increase: Yes
(discretionary equivalent allowance: 60,000 to 80,000 yen/month)
Monthly salary 300,000 to 720,000 yen
- Determined according to our company regulations after considering experience and ability
9:00 to 18:00
Insurance: Health, welfare pension, employment, and workers' compensation insurance
System: Employee savings, defined contribution pension, cafeteria plan (selectable corporate member employee benefits service)
- Employee savings and defined contribution pension plans are only available to full-time employees
